What should an AI pilot prove?
Value, feasibility and risk must be tested together.
Model accuracy is only one measure. A pilot must show that its output is useful inside a real workflow.
Three tests
Value: does a business measure change? Feasibility: are data and integration reliable? Risk: are error, security and accountability controlled?
Only after all three tests pass is a scale decision defensible.
